LG Motorsport Super Pro First Two Pulls *NO TUNE*
Here it is guys, first official dyno runs on the C7 Stingray with LG Motorsports 1 3/4 Super Pro Prototype headers. No cats, no tune
NO TUNE!!!
Still more work to be done, and tuning of course as well. 9pm here tonight but we wanted to get a feel for what the LT1 can actually do with our Super Pro's. No cats, still no tune yet....first day is complete.
Enjoy!

Very nice. That's quite the gain right there.
So just so I am 100% clear about this, this is just headers, nothing else?
I'm pretty sure we'll see 500+ wheel pretty soon.
Excited.

Sorry the printer ran out of ink so it isn't in color but you get a better view of it than in the video.
Bone stock to headers and no cats.
Car still has the stock air filter in it, stock tires, stock tune....hell it still has the same fuel in it that we picked it up with.

Woundering if 1 7/8 super pros would give better top end?
Also the sound is incredible but for me non-npp is a must if i want longtubes no cats on the car...otherwise its police on ya all the time!!!
Sound and gains are amazing...almost 50 pds of tq!!!

Are the stock cats welded into the pipes from the original manifolds? I guess what I am getting at is how much if a gain with removing just the cats and then additional gain adding headers...
Good work and thanks for posting

Nice to see you post 2 runs each to show consistency, also curious if AFR was logged?

I doubt AFR changed much if any, as the wide bands will keep that in line. Question is, are there gains from other changes including timing at this point...

Hi guys,
I think I worked the guys too hard today. Anthony is probably sleeping but I think he logged the run but no 02 probe was installed.
We have some final changes for a better fit but this is what we will build essentially as is for our 1 3/4 package.
As someone correctly said, the 1 7/8 will give better top power numbers at a slight loss of low end torque. -- Daily driving off stop lights and you can't go wrong with the 1 3/4". But for a modified engine the 1 7/8 should work best
Thanks
We will keep you all up to date as we progress.
Thanks
Lou Gigliotti

Wow! You guys are really tempting me to trade out of my perfectly fine '13 G.S.

Yeah I did that last night and compared it to my 2008 Z06 stock runs I did some time ago. I was shocked at the low end difference. The Z still has the top end and weight advantage though.

There is a huge change in the way the car sounds with the baffles open and closed and you can tell a bit more now when the 4cyl baffles close. It isn't quite when the car is in touring mode....but isn't to far off of stock so you could drive it and stay under radar....but yes when it goes into track mode and they open, I swear the car sounds almost like our ZR1 did.....it isn't the un-noticable change like the early C6Z's when the baffles opened.
Of course this is the first one, still have to fit it to the non NPP cars to see how they respond on the dyno before and after, so much more testing still to go!
