Default Kyle B from NJ drives down to MD for a new 427 Convt. Torch Red.pics/story

Kyle B from Fairfield, NJ had seen my stories and pictures on the Corvette Forum and Corvetteblogger and decided to pick up the phone Saturday. Kyle had a 2005 Corvette cpe with 107,000 miles. We worked out the numbers within minutes and set the apt for today to make the switch. Kyle arrived at 5:20pm tonight and departed by 6:15pm in his new 2013 427 Convt in Torch Red with the ZR1 Chrome wheels. This is 427 #2265 and was produced the first week of Feb 2013...just a few weeks shy of the last C6 produced. Enjoy the ride Kyle, you have earned it.

The view home...

Look for me under the Callaway tent~ Corvettes at Carlisle...I will be driving this 60th Anniv GS Convt specially prepared by Callaway-606HP.

Congrats to Kyle! It's a beautiful car! His car's # is only 21 after mine. Probably built days apart from mine. Feb 6 2013

Tikibait, and I am talking here that 427 RED Vette.

Those Callaways, Mike, are going to be standing tall at Carlisle.

Great looking 427 Convertible, the red calipers and ZR1 wheels really look nice together on Kyles new vette.

His trade looks like it has been well taken care of as well.

Yes Kyle had similar remarks. He has never been thru this process so efficiently and swiftly. He stated that he could tell I have done this a few thousand times!!! Beyond satisfied and thrilled to be a 427 owner. I am sure he will chime in sometime this weekend. As an added bonus he brought me a dozen NJ bagels as he promised!

Thanks Everyone!!!!!

It took me 5 hours some in a downpour of rain but well worth the trip! This car is unreal beyond my expectations - on my way down I was thinking of how I'd miss the sound of my Corsa Sport cat back.... It didn't take long for me to forget about it driving home!

Mike.... Thanks again for everything. It's no wonder why you are the go to guy for Corvettes. I'd drive 10 Hours to purchase from you again no doubt!
