You have the Lingenfelter dry sump tank, right?

Sorry about the misfortune. Did it just lock up?

Yes and no. Dropped oil pressure down to around 20psi at 6k rpm's. Car would run just fine otherwise. No ticking, but could tell a difference at startup. Starter had a tougher time spinning it up.

Not good. Yeah, I tend to agree with you. Sounding to me, from what you describe, like it may have spun a bearing. You'll know for sure what happened soon though.

Best of luck getting it back up an running.

thats sucks man, sorry to hear about this. try to enjoy the weekend anyway, atleast your with a bunch of good guys. what was your oil pressure reading before failure? hot and cold? just curious.
