Default F/S 1981 Convertible

For sale 1981 Corvette Custom Convertible. This car has an awesome 350 SBC with Tuned Port Injection and freshly rebuilt 350 turbo in it that runs and drives very good. Body and frame are in very nice condition. The front suspension and brakes have been recently rebuilt. This car starts right up every time and drives nice. New radiator, and a new windshield were just put in the car. This car is offered for $10,000.00 with stock tires and wheels or $12,500.00 with the 20's.
This car was going to have a new BB 454 as seen in my ad here on parts for sale.

The engine is a 350 with Tuned Port Injection. When it was rebuilt? I'm not sure but it starts right up run awesome no smoke doesn't leak any oil. It runs out real strong sounds awesome and doesn't hesitate.

I'll put up a video of it tomorrow so you can see and hear it for yourself.

The drive train is is good shape. I just replaced the transmission with a rebuilt 350 turbo so it's like new. Rear end could use new bushings all around but no noise and no clunks or grinding sounds and all joints seem to be tight. The front suspension was rebuilt sometime recently but I don't know when. But it looks and drives great. Brakes straight when you apply the brakes fast and no slop.

Paint is in very good condition. It has a couple nicks and faint scratches here and there but hardly noticable. It was obviously painted recently also because of the condition.

Interior is good. Dash is in nice shape looks like original gauges and bezels not new looking but in good shape. If I was going to keep it I would put in new carpets and seat covers.

The speakers are no longer there I pulled that out.

'80-'82s look so good as convertibles, it's a shame GM never made them

I have a hardtop that comes with the car. Any 1969-1975 soft will bolt right in. But I don't have a soft top with this car.
