My second Corvette and the Trip to get her
So I thought I would share a couple pics of my new Corvette that I bought of the forum on Saturday. I picked up JohnsC5 Medium Purple Pearl Corvette in Oceanside, CA and drove her all the way back to Nebraska and what an adventure it was. Saw some real beautiful landscapes and got a couple good pics, not to mention a night in Vegas.
Just wanted to say thanks to John for the great buying experience and the great car. All said and done I drove 1588 miles and got 30mpg all the way home. Now I will start the long process of cleaning her up and get her ready for a couple shows and for the wife to enjoy.
Excuse my traveling clothes, I don't usually dress like a bum
And this one I put in because it is only fitting since My name is Logan and my buddy that came with me to get the car is Dale. We had to turn around and go get a picture

Glad your experience was a good one. My wife and I flew to New Orleans and drove our 2000 convertible home to VA in 2010. Nothing like a road trip in a C5. Nice photography. Your car looks great in those shots.
