Sharing a few pictures of my new toy...
It's been a long search for just the right car. It was a fun search for the most part but had some hard times as well along the way. I finally ended up with a great 1971 LS5. I just couldn't pass on this one. It's funny how many changes your search may go through over a few years as you search for your first Corvette. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and have learned more about this car in 2 weeks than all the time i took reading books about them. Anyways, I look forward to asking questions and learning more information along the way.
Just a side not I used Intercity for the transport and couldn't be happier..

Well, of course you love the car!! It's Bridgehampton Blue!! What's not to love????
Oops! My 'bias' was showing.
Anyway, yours looks to be in VERY nice condition. Someone has gone to a LOT of effort to put/keep that in completely original condition. If you bought it from a private owner, you should be thanking him/her profusely for the care that car was given. If you got it from a dealer, they really know what they're doing.
Congrats!! Enjoy the heck out of it.

What a beauty. Thanks for sharing the photos. There are a few of us that really like it when we see pictures of another car that finds its way onto this forum. Especially, one as gorgeous as this one.
Congrats!

Hi 63,
That's a VERY nice looking 71!
It appears to have some terrific attention to detail by someone who was quite a craftsman.
Good Luck!
Regards,
Alan

I had the car inspected by 2 master judges and they were very impressed with the overall car. It really seems like a very solid car that can go the NCRS route very easily or just be driven and enjoyed.
