Default Going from Torch Red to....?

I've been driving a Torch Red vette for 16 years...it's time for a change. If you are ordering from a TR to another color, what have you chosen? I know I don't want NRB or LRG or metallic red....and coordinating with the interior is utmost. What are some good combos for getting away from red? Pics? I haven't seen Black with Kalahari yet.

My last two Corvettes were Torch Red. My new C7 will be Night Race Blue. I did that because I did not like the look of the dark vents against red. With NRB they look much better. I also like the lines of the C7 with darker colors. All this is just my opinion.

Nine out of my last 10 corvettes have been Red, including Precision Red (2005) and Victory Red (2007).

The only reason I am "temporarily" switching from TR is because of the Flash Black Paint on the trim. Since I had to order the car before I could even see it, unless I choose a metallic color, I though a safe bet would be to go Black/Black with Black wheel.

I will most likely go back to Red on the Hi_Po version.

I've had 4 Torch Red Corvettes and was going to change color, but when I saw it on the C7 I had to get it. LOL Damn you RED!

Been kicking around Torch Red since this year didn't include he Metallic Burnt Orange that I've been in love with.

I've been checking out the colorizer on the website regularly and the Dark Cyber Grey has grown on me a lot.

Had a Torch Red C5, then a Victory Red C6 which I just sold. I've been back and forth on Crystal Red vs. Torch Red for my C7. I want to be sure the interior looks right and I am leaning toward a black interior to be safe because I'm not sure how the Adrenalin Red or Kalahari will look with either Red. Since I won't be ordering my convertible until next year, I will have time to see a few examples in person. It's tough to make a decision based on pictures alone!

As of right now, it's going to be Torch Red with a black top and interior (again!) LOL

2005 Mag Red

2007 Machine Silver

2012 Torch Red

Wouldn't have it any other way.

I had TR then NRB now white. Red, white and blue...... little out of order but works.

I agree NRB or Black work with the panels.

But since you flip cars often does it matter much?

White with the red interior is hot. Black with kalahari should be stunning as well. Color is really a personal preference.

Black is tough to own and requires a once a week wash and wax...IMO

White is the easiest color to keep looking clean but best with red or black interior in my opinion.

C4 was white with red interior. C5 is mag red with light oak interior. C7 will be laguna blue with either grey or kalahari interior, need to see how the kalahari looks before a final decision.

Harlan Charles has the LB with grey so that is what he/GM/Chevy must think looks best.

Funny. After seeing the Car and Driver Videos last week, I actually switched from Cyber Gray to Torch Red Today!!! Too many gray, muted colors out on the road today. Every 8 out of 10 cars are either Gray, Gray or Gray (with an occasional Black and Silver thrown in). In my opinion, if any car can pull off the in your face Torch Red its this C7. When I want to be conservative, I will take my White Benz out. Good luck...I am sure any color you pick will be great.

The C7 does look incredible in VY IMO. I would do jsb or inferno orange if offered but am doing the tr with 3lz adrenalin, it just clicked for me even though my other car is red and black also.

Proud Papa for sure! So, that is Kalihari, right? Looks good with the black...but oh the maintenance blues! But, I'm not ruling it out. Once those plant tours open up again I'll be able to really make a happy decision...nothing like seeing all the colors indoors.

I have been going back and forth between Torch Red and Artic White. After seeing one of the videos posted here of an Artic White C7 with black wheels, red calipers, and red seats, I think there is a very strong possibility I will go white.

Maybe I am crazy, but my history with my Corvettes and colors is might be considered strange, especially the alternating color choices and my consideration of a white C7. ( See signature ).

Too much upkeep for me, but perhaps best overall combo.

I'm leaning hard in the TR direction (and I have a CG which I'll keep).
