Targa top on or off ?
When you park your Vette do you leave the targa on or off ? Not in the garage, but out in the real world. If it not is going to be too long I normally leave mine off with the windows up, rather than go back and fourth.

I've got a C5 coupe and I leave the top on probably 98% of the time. My wife does not like all the wind when she is in the car so the top stays on and in the garage the top is on to keep the interior cleaner.

I only leave the top off when I can see my car. I have an expensive stereo and live in NY so.......95% of the time I leave the top on but we do enjoy taking rides with the top off. I was pleasantly surprised on how little wind and noise there is.

We usually have the transparent top on, but when we take it off and want to leave the car in a normally safe area for a few minutes, we put this in place:

In place, it does look something like a poorly fitted toupee, but you remove it for driving.
Probably no quicker than installing the "real" top, but more convenient.
We don't use it very often, kind of a 50-50 on whether I would buy it again.

I drive with the top off all the time, but when I park its always on and all latches locked closed.

Depends where I am. At work or a car show or somewhere I'm within an eye shot of the car I'll stash the 9500x and leave the top off. I'll also leave it off if I'm only going to be away from the car for a minute or two. Otherwise, it's on. I don't keep valuables in sight so I'm not too worried either way I just use some common sense. If someone wants in, or wants the car, bad enough they'll get it regardless. I used to drive one of several Miatas and wouldn't usually lock the doors because I'd rather anyone wanting to steal something open the door instead of cutting the ragtop
