I have a master cylinder that has less than 10 miles on it. We installed it with the new clutch and then switched it out with a Tick adjustable master. $50 shipped if interested and I can send you pics if you want

I'm assuming LS1/LS6 MC are the same part number correct?

Yes, all ls1's use the same master as the ls6's
