Default Help needed and appreciated

Noob here. Recently purchased a 77 vette, decent enough shape. Tool it to a, refered to me, professional restore garage and got bent over in price and work done (actually not done and/or screwed up).

Will not get my money back or recouped, even if I was to sell it. So I will see it through. I'm needing advice for the cheapest "turn key" or close to it engine. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Paragon might also be a good place to check. I have worked with them quite a few times, and my dad many more times before me, and they seem to be pretty strait up and honest folk.

You can buy engines over the counter at Chevrolet.

if you are looking for stack the rebuilt units at AutoZone are reasonable and work well.

what's wrong with your engine?
