Electric only....if you need an excellent replacement that is NOT factory, buy these....a lot of people that post here bought them, Including ME..

The C2 mid years (1963 to 1967) all came with electric motor headlight doors. Vacuum operated headlight doors were on the C3s, beginning in 1968.
