Moving from a C5 to a C6...wooo hooo!
I have been lurking on the C6 site for a while. This past Tuesday, I traded up from a 2000 Magnetic Red Corvette convertible to a 2006 Lemans Blue coupe (3LT). The car is almost new with only 3,848 miles on the clock. There was only one problem; there was about a ten inch scratch on the roof panel. Figured I could buff this out without much effort. Yesterday, I had the car at the local dealership to get the fluids changed. While there, I was told the car has a recall due for roof delamination. I left the roof with the dealership and should have it back in a week. I no longer have to worry about the scratch.
I am heading to Mid America Motorworks next week for an exhaust upgrade. I am getting their axle back, Quad Power ($899.00). They charge a flat rate of $100.00 for the install. I also avoid the shipping charges by driving an hour each way to their shop/store.

Congratulations!!!
how the roof problem took care of itself.
But I don't know how much of an upgrade it is going from that gorgeous Mag Red to LMB.
Just teasing.

Congrats!! There have been a lot of us moving up from a C5 to C6 lately, I also moved into a Lemans Blue C6, just a month ago, from a black 98. I also find the C6 to be a lot smoother!
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Great move and congrats. Before spending a cool G on that exhaust I would look into the NPP exhaust. It's bi mode and you can control the valves. Open for loud and closed for quiet. It's a really great option and you won't have to deal with drone on longer drives.
