Default 1953-1962 frame super nice

I have a super nice frame that will fit a 1953 -1962. I got the frame with a car i bought from an estate sale. I was told it was a new gm frame that was bought in the early
70's. But it has a 58 vin# stamped in it so it cant be.

The frame is nice looks new absolutley no pitting anywhere. $3500

Are the brackets that are welded to the front frame horns flat? (The brackets that the front cross member bolts through.)
Thanks,
Mike

If it would not be too much trouble, would you please also post a link to the exact same bracket but on the right hand side and also show the recessed area just toward the back of the car from the bracket?
Thanks again,
Mike
