I signed up on Photo Bucket, It is free. Download your pictures there first. Then click up a picture you want to download onto the forum. You see "image links" on the right. Click the IMG link and it will say "copied". Then put your cursor in the thread you are creating on the forum and right click where you want the picture and "paste" it. You will see the link back to your picture but when you finish the thread the picture will show up.

I been using photobucket for years and it is a breeze to use.
