I've been looking at C4s in that price range so this sounds too good to be true.

Doesn't sound too good to be true to me. not a bad deal, and If it's as well kept as he says, I'd consider it. I'm sure he's basing his price mostly because of miles, but that doesn't matter if its in great condition.

Sounds about right to me. Of course you will get plenty of people on here saying it's way overpriced, it should list for $15,000 blah, blah. If it's in great condition and what you want, buy it! Nice C5's are getting harder to find.

I sold a '99 Nassau blue convertible with 50K miles for about the same price last August. Price is probably in the ball park, especially as we get closer to summer. Offer him a couple of K less and then negotiate as necessary, if you like and want the car.

Deals are out there
I just purchased a 2000 triple black vert with a little less mileage for $15,500. I waited and looked and had to travel to get it but have seen very good deals available if your patient.

Price is excellent for a well kept C5..... opinions vary very much.
Mileage means very little to a well maintained C5.

That might be a fair price in your area. Car looks decent enough in the pics. If you are interested in it, offer less and go from there.

Paid $18,600 for my 00 FRC 7 years ago, with 55,500 miles. This is just for a point of reference only. Being a convertible adds value. Seems like the upper range of the fair price bracket. It is a nice looking ride from what I acan see.

Go find me that deal now...2 yrs later... There wasn't a z06 under 20k for the following year on here.
I think the only way to drive a vette is on a track, not with the old gray hairs detaching from the scalp in the wind...
And there's a lot more to a Z06 than 55hp bud...you can add 55hp and a Z06 will still spank your ***...

Yeah, well...you must not follow the market too closely.
