For those of you using the RainX Latitude-

Can you buy just the refills, or do you need to buy the entire assembly? I'd like to keep the little wingy-thingy on my driver side.

I bought some Anco the other day when I went to Walmart to buy my oil and filter. I just couldn't bring myself to spend $18 per wiper for the rain-X or bosch. I have used Anco before and was very happy with them. They are inexpensive and work great. Why spend the extra coin for something that does the job as well or better.

I am not sure, I just bought the entire assembly. They really hug the windshield.

But how well does the driver side work when you get over 150 mph in the rain?

I bought the entire RainX assembly too, this store did not have just the rubber inserts.

But with all that plastic in the RainX assembly, can you use just the rubber from it? Hard to tell at first glance.

I want to keep the OEM metal for the rest.

Never mind

Took them back to O'Reilleys Auto and the guy there this time installed new RainX rubbers, and returned me $34.

I've been using the RainX Latitude on mine/my girl's cars for a while, just switched to the new RainX Fusions and they are amazing.

But thats on my mazda/her taurus. I've only had the vette for a little over a month and I didn't even know she had wipers

i needed new wipers but also wanted to keep the spoiler feature on my wiper arm. Also wanted to try something new so i went with the PIAA super sporza wiper blades. They come with all this extra stuff like windshield prep cloth, PIAA decal and the main reason i made the purchase is cause it had the spoiler built in. Have had it for about 2-3 months now and works perfectly fine. Could have went with stock but just figured i try something different. Cost a little more than OEM but looks sweet with spoilers on both sides.
