What would you recommend for a Vette that lives outside mainly (other then snowy months) in NJ. I am deciding between the NOAH and the Stormproof. I have heard great things about the NOAH and am leaning there. Is there some kind of soft inside lining for the Stormproof? I want to protect the paint. Thanks. BTW I just got the fat daddys and am excited to install them this weekend!

on the cover...
With an inner liner, if there is dirt or pollen on the car when the cover
goes on, it gets trapped and rubbed on the car, scratching the paint.
They are both good covers, both protect for outdoor use
The Stormproof is very thin and breathable, the material is like
parachute material, light weight with a very dense weave. You can
easily roll it up and take it with you.
The Noah is a thicker cover, the material is like a treated heavy
blanket, it is very good to protect against dings and dents. It would
be a little big to roll up and take with you.
Neither cover has an inner liner...
I have both and both do the job well. If you have a lot of pollen
in your area, I would get the storm proof. If you have a lot of "traffic"
around your car, I would get the Noah.

Coverking Satin Stretch is a great cover, about as soft as it gets.
If you need a cover to protect the car against kids/dings, then the
Covercraft Dustop is the wa to go
Both are great to protect against dust and pollen, one is thicker than the other...

My Autobody Armor is falling apart. Literally, ripped at the seams and one side is a pocket for dead leaves. I must say, the fit has kept it on the car in some pretty strong winds over the years (you see I live in Manassas, too).
Is there a cover that stays on in blustery winds and is a bit more durable? I just bought the cover in October 2008, and it's quite an eyesore! I'm surprised I haven't gotten any ugly notes about it from my neighbors yet...

The Autobody Armor is about the best cover on the market

What cover would you recommend for a Vette that will be sitting outside for the next 6 months, and not driven. Ill be over seas and I live in Sother Califonia (no Snow, Light Rain)

Personally for really windy areas I like a heavier cover like the
Noah or Autobody Armour

Oldtimer
Outdoor covers.
FWIW, I use a California duster on my one outside vehicle and then if it's not too cool I go over the car with detailer and a microfiber towel. I try to get as much dirt and dust off as possible then I warp the cover tight so as to limit the amount of moving that the wind will create.

A good cover is made to let moisture evaporate from under the
cover. Double covering would make that process not work as well.
