Alright so I have been throwing around some ideas about what to do with my '74 to make it a little more unique, I am a huge fan of hunting camo. I have a vinyl wrap on my truck and wanted to ger some ideas and feed back from people that have done something like this or how I should do it. I do not want to do the whole car, either just the sides or stripes. I have played with photoshop a little to get a little hint on what it might look like.
If you have done anything similar with or without camo or wraps please share your pics and thoughts. here are a couple things I have thrown together. Mine is all black, by the way...
Here is one I saw the whole car done. not too thrilled on this though.

I wouldn't do it, but its not my car, if you think it would look nice, go for it. I would say the thing that COULD make the last pic look better is: it looks as if its painted flat, maybe it it has a shine to it with a clear coat it wouldn't be as bad.

Camo doesn't work for me, but it's not my car.

Intriguing thought, but I've always had a little idea in the back of my mind, that some of nature's colors and schemes could be used in a custom paint or wrap on a car and it would look really good (if it was done nicely).
After walking through a granite store, I was impressed with the absolute beauty of the stone and the patterns and if you could put this on a car, it would be great.

In Arkansas a lot of cars are camo.. I would do the whole thing or nothing at all. The in between jobs just look cheap no matter how well done. Imho of course.

Don't we have enough problems with people running into these things?? Do we need to make them harder to see? Maybe you could get a C7 wrap.

It's fine for an ATV or an offroad 4x4 but I don't know on a Corvette?
Hey it's your car so you get to do what makes you happy not me or anyone else for that matter.

Camo is the redneck version of this:
If you're going for a theme on a sports car, it should reflect the fact that it's on a sports car. Like a carbon fiber wrap/stripe. It would be real subtle on a black car, but look good up close.
That being said, I respect the right of any car owner to personalize to his/her taste.

OK. So Skittles are not for everyone.
I am also not a fan of camo on the corvette. I think it suits a 4x4, ATV or something appropriate for that style, but hunting, camo and sportscar just doesnt seem right.

Thanks everyone! Like I said it was an idea and thought I would get others' thoughts on it. Like I said, I have vinyl wrapping on my truck and thought I would see what it would look like and see if anyone else had done any variations of it.

First, I hoped it was just a joke, as opposed to a serious inquiry.
Then, I was going to say "There are no words...." but then I saw these:
I will add that the OP certainly is "thinking outside the box."
A friend of mine bought his girlfriend (as opposed to his wife) a camo bra (part of a complete set, I believe) from Cabela's.
Would that help?
It would certainly be cheaper.
