Default Is this a good buy?

I'm helping my son look for his first corvette, do you think this is a good buy? Carfax included.

Looks good. Offer $23K out the door. They may take it. Don't let the LS3 crowd talk you out of it because its an LS2. Both very good engines.

I think that seems fair... it's a automatic (which is not as cool as manual.. but whatever)...

he won't be able to put on the TOP FLIGHT front license plate holder with that aftermarket grill... He will want that if he is a young guy in SoCal

I would question the number of oil changes. I would also ask to see the under side just to check for leaks etc.

I agree, or find a newer car with an LS3. I know what the guy said before, but the LS3 is a better choice.

Pricing varies by location. Around these parts, that would be considered a very good deal.

I well know, it's so embarrassing for me. I own an LS2 and it's like owning a Chevette instead of a real Corvette. My C5 friends mock me every cruise we attend. It is as if I have an tricycle and they have two wheelers. Why did I upgrade so early, it isn't worthy of an Corvette placard.

I know I'll never be able to make up that additional 30 horsepower. What the hell was I thinking when I bought an '07??

(Seriously would love the new Transmission and Steering, 30hp is a couple bolt ons, insignificant)
