Nitto 305/35/18 555R?
Has anyone used these out back on their C5 Z06? It is only 10mm wider than the stock width, but I also know the Nitto drag radials run a little narrower than other brands. This is the closest they make to the stock size for our cars. Any issues with speedometer when running these. It is only 3.5mm higher per side, or 7mm total tire height.

I run these out back. Have been great tire. I am running 600whp and they hook well even at these levels. I have had them on the car for 8k miles and not much wear honestly, have probably more than 8k miles left in them.
Only thing is that they will not be good at all in any water
They are not even close to rubbing and they dont stick out of the wheel wells

They will work fine. I use the 555R-II versions on the stock wheels. They are a perfect fit. I agree with the guy above, the traction is incredibly good. I dead hook with them at 572rwhp in 2nd gear.
They will also work in rain. I've driven in the pouring rain with them and through standing water with no problems (the back end WILL get loose, so be careful) even when they were worn. And thats with no traction control or stability management (my yaw sensor is defective). Just use common sense and good judgement.
I have about 13,000 miles on mine and the rears are done. The centers are worn completely smooth, no tread pattern. This means ill have to adjust air prssure on the next set. This is with several Dragstrip events, 4 Autocross events, and a whole lot of horseplay on the street. I never do burnouts though, so take that into consideration. The fronts still look practically brand new. I'm only ordering rears this season.
