Default Post your final c7 predictions here

...so that we can all see how wrong (or right) we all were. Post if you dare...

I'll start.

1. C7 rear will look NOTHING like camaro
2. All the fat will be trimmed off the C7...it will look much more compact than all generations before it.
3. Car will be significantly narrower and taller. (Think GT-R with a slanted front end design)
4. Most older "traditional" corvette guys/gals will not like it
5. Here is my big one...optional rear foldable seat of some sort. (Yeah, I said it)

Base price will be equal to current C6 GS base price.

So it's going to get smaller, yet still find room for a 2nd row seat? Is the outside shaped like a police call box?

I predict the interior will be stunning! Beautiful compared to past generations

It'll be a very very good performer for a base entry level car.

I still won't like the back window. The rear will be acceptable at best.

Skinnier tires will take the "cool badass" stance from it.

I think ill really fall for the front end.

Very good mpg ratings and even better in real world use.

Is it Sunday yet?

If it looks just like jalopnik renderings I'll be pretty upset that we've seen the car sooo long ago and nothing was a surprise

My prediction: it'll look stunning and a whole bunch of previously unhappy C6 owners will put in their deposit Monday morning.

No back seats or any of that and you'll have to squint very hard to confuse the taillights with a Camaro.

I could not say this to your face Paul because I would have to salute you and keep my mouth shut until you allowed me to speak but this is the internet so....Have you lost your mind ??????? Lets start with "taller". You know that I stare at these photos for hours and the C7 looks lower and smaller if anything..

I'm against 4 seats, but what do you think of this: instead of foldable rear seats, simply a short and a long model? Some say not to read too much into the banner, but the car seems longer than normal to me, with some junk in the trunk.

I predict January 13th will end the crackpot theories but dramatically increase the vitriol.

What was GM thinking?
Camaro taillights!
No back seat!
Looks like a ___!
No AWD!
Pushrods!
Four-cylinder!
No DCT!

For every old member who quits complaining after seeing the real car, five new members will drop in who are just as angry and just as vocal.

I predict, that Tim Tebow is going to have more QB time next season. Also, the San Diego Chargers will have another run for two more years before being swallowed up by another team. Yes, I said it.

oh come on John, what kind of military man do you think I am.

As for the C7, I am going with GT-R size interior cockpit with more headroom (taller roof/taller windshield). GM has something up their sleeve with this car. There will be shock and awe value, and it won't only be due to the new exterior styling. They extended that rear hatch that far back for a reason.

I cannot wait for the Sunday. I am waking up in the wee hours of the morning here in Bahrain to watch the live video stream.

I Agree with the GT-R style cockpit, also with a GT-R style multifunctional display that is useful.

I hope the display graphics look a little more modern than that. That is so ugly. In fact, the whole dash is ugly. It's chopped up.
