In need of clarification
Hey everyone, I'm new to the scene and I recently bought a 2011 base model corvette but the emblem says otherwise. I did some research but i couldnt find any reason why there is a Z06 emblem on my car. I just wanted to clarify that there are no special packages that add on the emblem. Thanks.

The body and wheels are a base model Vette. I am guessing the previous owner bought some Z06 badges and applied them to the Vette.

Nice looking car Why don't you fill out some of your personal stuff (Town & State) where you live... many times a member can send you info on a good vendor or shop in your area if needed...
Oh one more time that is my 2nd favorite color... I still have a soft spot for LMB ...
Good luck w/ the new car..

Soak the underside of the emblem with WD-40. Let it soak in for several minutes. Work some string (or fishing line) behind the emblem. Once the emblem is removed soak the remaining adhesive with more WD-40 and CAREFULLY remove. Use some polish around the affected area and you are good to go.

nope! lotta guys on here have done wide body conversions. gets to be a bit involved depending on how far you want to go (wheel well liners, wider wheels, tires, etc.). but it does look sharp. me, I'm a normal body style guy. doesn't mean I don't like the Z06/GS/ZR1 look tho. it is mean looking for sure.
