C6 Concept SMD Sidemarkers
Shocked that I don't see more of these on CF!!
Direct replacement, no core charge, lifetime warranty. Hard to go wrong here folks. These are simple to install and give your C6 a bright, clean way to mark the corners of the car. Using SMD LEDs, each sidemarker operates just like the OEM versions but brightly illuminates the sidemarker the way that it should be. Keep pesky cagers away from your ride with these and stand out in the crowd.
Thanks and we appreciate the support CF!!

More Installed Pics added!! 2-11-13
Just that first pic that I posted up. They're pretty new but based on how popular they've been for the new Camaro I woulda figured more C6 folks woulda had these by now.
They're pretty darn nice and OEM quality.
Some of the latest trends there are taking these and painting them to match the car for an even cleaner look or "Ghosting" them to where it's the same color as the car. Check it out!

They are all injection molded in a whitish/grey color. They can be tinted absolutely.
Most folks grab the VHT "Night Shades" from the local Autozone/Pep Boys/Checkers and do it themselves to achieve the desired tint. Some like it dark, some vaguely tinted. Runs about $12 a can and it's enough to literally BLACK OUT all 4 pieces.
VHT Nite Shades
Where to buy?
Easy to do and looks very killer!!
Thank you for the orders and support! Looking forward to seeing these on the cars here on CF!

If there's interest, we'll be able to offer them painted to match in the clear, tinted, and ghosted as well.
Help me help you.

Never said that was the only option......of course you get what you pay for I know that we're going to be able to offer them in a tinted outter as well. Just something that hit the market and we're hoping to help find them all good homes.

Sounds good. We have had the Painted/Tinted ones on the Shop SS and more recently installed the Ghosted ones. While I like the later, you see no such light or reflector in the daytime unless you manually turn them on.
But damn they are sweet and look clean on the cars....

Bump! Curious what these look like with a few coats of NiteShades.
I guarantee that you would never tell the difference between NiteShades and a $300+ shipping "professional" spray job. After 2 coats, wet-sanding and fine polishing, there is no difference. You should give the VHT product a shot

I currently have clear side markers on my 2012 GS and like the way these look but would also be interested in color matching or ghosted as you call it. Can the color of the LED be white ? Or it had to be amber and red?
Thanks

There are certainly "cheap" solutions to spray tint that don't work woth a heck...that's for sure.
I'd never recommend something to any friend that I didn't believe in. VHT works. And agreed, with wetsanding and polishing, it comes out insanely nice!!
Once folks start getting these installed, I'm sure they are going to take off like wildfire. They're a hit with more than a couple other cars that are hot right now and aren't cheap fleabay deals. These are complete replacement units that give a legit look to your Corvette.
Just ran out and took an "off" and "on" shot of one of the Camaros with the Ghosted pieces installed.
Check it out:

Have we had special sets made with all red or all white or all blue....yes.
Keep in mind, the later "would be for show use only" and would cost more.
