Default Feeler: LS6 short block w/ some extras

Hey guys and gals. I'm considering going to bigger cubes over the winter and would like to gauge the interest on my current short block. The short block will be available for pick up sometime after the first of the year. I'm not really looking to ship, but if the buyer wanted to pay freight then maybe. It will be pulled from the car in Atlanta.
Currently the engine has just over 80k. I recently, within the last 2000 miles, had new LS7 lifters, cam, Melling high volume oil pump, LS2 timing chain installed. I'd really prefer to re-use the oil pump, lifters and timing chain, but I suppose I could part with them if I needed to.
What will not come with the short block is:
-All engine covers (Front/rear covers, oil pan, etc)
-Valley cover
-Windage tray
-Pick up tube

Let's start with $1400 plus shipping for short block plus oil pump, timing chain, lifters and cam. The cam is a Cam Motion grind 224,232 600ish lift and 114+4 LSA. I have to look at the card to see what the exact lift is.

I’ve probably left details out that someone will want to know so if you have a question just let me know and I’ll do my best to respond quickly.

I don't have pictures at the moment as the engine is still in the car. Should you want to know about the condition of the block and other accessories I'll do my best to take pictures while the engine is in the car.

Have you done a leak down test or compression test? Curious as to the condition of the rings so on and so forth....

I know my tuner did a leak down when I had the cam changed and one of the cylinders was showing a tad off. What we discovered was I had a bent/slightly stuck valve in the driver's side cylinder head. Once we pulled the heads and had a valve job done the compression values were back to where they needed to be. I'm sorry I don't remember the values. What I can do is make sure that there is a compression and leak down test done prior to pulling the engine.

up to the top it goes. The engine should be coming out first of next week.
I've got a 404 stroker going in shortly after.

up to the top.
Engine should be coming out by mid February. Couple of delays getting parts for the stroker is the reason it hasn't been pulled yet.
I had a buyer for it, but he isn't returning my texts or messages so it's back up.
