Default Not a poll...

IF there was a 2X2 OPTION, I imagine a lot of folks would order it if it was done correctly. I mean, even a Rustang has a back seat delete option.

Good question John; And the reason I asked, is that Corvette is synonymous with a 2 seat sport car. However, with so many people wondering if they saw back seat in those pictures, I have truly began to think maybe there are really people who do want a back seat? That's why I asked. I really want to see if there are people who would buy it because it a 2+2 car.

Would kill it for me. The last 4 cars I've bought have been 2 seaters. The next one will also be a 2 seater.

If one wants or needs more than two seats, there are other options...

I don't have children, nor do I want any. If we need to transport our friends, we have our Camaro or use their mode of transport. The Corvette has always been a two-seater. Anything else and it's a deal killer for me. Two-seater or nothing.

The C7 will be a 2 seater. Why do a poll for a 2+2?

There are Camaros for those that want a back seat.

Creating the space adds weight and length, both the enemy of quick handling.

Lets face it. The option will be a plus for GM with 30-40 something buyers that are also looking at 911's.Offer a rear seat delete for the Corvette purists designed right so as to not look like an afterthought.

I will have to go on the 'lamb' after this but here goes. I am a single dad with 4 children. 2 of the little guys are under 8. I want to buy a neat car and I want to have a little flexibility so I don't have to put the car back and use another car when some of the kids are around, that all....

I am always hearing " go buy a Camaro " etc and if that were my only option I would rather lay on a train track.

I do remember the 2+2 Z, my Mom had one . Anybody remember the Porsche 928 or 944S?

They worked.. They did not kill the brand.

Then go buy a Camaro. That's not going to kill the brand.

Why not? They're already turning it into a Camaro anyways with the back end. Let's just add back seats, add half a ton or so, maybe a V6 option as well.

Let's make the car as light as fiscally possible and then put 50lbs of back seat in it?

Please. If you want a back seat, you don't even need to consider a Corvette.

Get one of those dorky Dodge Magnum station wagons of a Panamera or a Mustang. But don't even bring that conversation here.
