I know it is early but, just a reminder that Corvettes on Woodward starts Wednesday August 14. The Radisson Hotel is already booked solid but I have back ups. I was at the Open Hands Food Pantry yesterday and the shelves are bare. They really need our help. I don't know if I can top this year's long distance car, it will be hard to beat a car flown in from Sweden. But I do know that there will be a lot of the best Corvettes you will ever see will be at the Radisson August 14. Harlan Charles will bring a full line up of the NEW C-7s. Clubs from North Carolina and Pittsburg have already said they are coming so it looks like another 500+ Corvette day. Verna and I really thank all of you for your support and generosity. If you have any ideas on what to do this year let me know and I will see if I can make it happen.

Thanks for the link. There is lots of good information there. The WDC committee said they will list my event if I become a sponsor and pay big $$$$$$. People find just fine.

Thank you. I received another 100.00 in the mail over the weekend. I think maybe next year I might do a quick Spring cruise right in their lot. Kind of a keck off cruise for the year.

I am thinking about adding a spring get together to have an early food drive for the Open Hands Food Pantry. Just a one day cruise in probably in May. Any comments??

I drag a few ACC members and Motor City Vette member to Bakers a couple of times a year. Some of our members are there almost every week. We also get a bunch of west siders to Corvettes on Woodward and Corvettes America and I am thankful for their participation.

Larry, WEST of Milford as in over here my Friend I always see CF people at Milford but on the West side of the State we see more of the Chicago Crew than the East Side

I agree with you. I hope to change that next year. We did plan a trip to the races in K-Zoo last year but when we got there it was called off because of rain and we only had one trip to Sloan Museum and four winds casino. Larry a spring day sounds good as does a color tour in the fall but that might be late to organize. I'll put a check in the mail today.

Thanks everyone for sending checks. Verna and I took almost 500.00 over there just before we left for Corvette Expo in Sevierville Tennessee. The Smokies had awesome fall colors. It was a bit crowded but I would like to go back again.
