I have 01 c5 100% stock, I was wanting to know what are some easy/cheap mods that can do to gain some hp.

Anything I can do to stock exhaust? etc

One other question HOw to I adjust the high of the headlight?

Put in a forged 454 iron block and three turbos.

The Corvette is much too nice a vehicle to play games with. My recommendation would be to spend a couple hundred bucks on an air intake system (Blackwing, whatever) and have it tuned.

There is nothing cheap about increasing power on a NA car.

The age old question is how fast do you want to go and how much do you want to spend?

you have the good intake manifold already being an 01. You can get a blackwing style air filter but do not expect any drastic changes in performance. As far as exhaust, look into a Z06 titanium. It weighs like 24 lbs less than the one you have now and sounds great. If you can spend a little over a grand, get youself a set of XS power or TSP long tubes and find a set of Z06 mufflers then send your PCM off to East Coast Supercharging for a flash tune. That will make a huge difference.
