All motor, no forced induction at all.
So much power he almost loses control the first time. Info from 2 of the comments below the video:
"399ci smallblock with sb2 heads 14.5 to 1, Davinci 1450 cfm carb."

OK.....I have NO DOUBT I will take a HUGE BEATING for this......but......I dont know much about engines or Corvettes.....Am I right in assuming this car has had some MAJOR LEAGUE mods done???

The sb2 was developed for NASCAR I believe.
