The link below allows you to search across multiple salvage yards for parts by distance from your location.

I saw a few hits on pumps from your model year. Give one of them a call and see if they will just sell you the pulley or if not sell you a pump with the pulley.

That would be smooth sided steel pulley, yeah, good luck. No one makes them anymore. All that is available is Ebay, swap meets, salvage yards. I got one last year from a Corvette Salvage yard.

Ironically, they make the 92-E93 plastic ones. $400 a pop.

Why do you need one?

Mine has a really bad wobble in it and I have been through 2 altenators ...had it checked by GM dealer and they say the wobble is causing problem with alternator bearings

No question about needing a straight pulley but I wonder about causing alternator bearings to fail. Idle thought: can a pulley be straightened?

In theory, it could make the tension from the belt misaligned and the load the bearings in a way they where not designed to be loaded.

I would check your idlers and tensioner as well for good bearings/no play,etc...Check pulley alignment with a straight edge, specs. are in FSM.

What I want to know is how does a steel pulley get bent?

Remember do not try to fit a new one, or remove one without the correct removal/fitting tool or you will need another.

A bent pulley would indicate either an incorrect removal proceedure OR a failed attempt at an install when replaceing a pump. The only other possible explanation is that presently it's not a pulley problem but the shaft or front bearing in the pump has failed or is failing. Just sayin'

I rebuilt my entire power steering system this past year and used this inexpensive pulley removal & installation kit to do the job. Worked great without error or problems. Check it out:
