Default 1964 corvette NOS Fuel Injection Unit w/ original distributor, & S-tube

This is a complete, right off the car, and original 1964 or early 1965 Corvette Fuel Injection unit with original S-tube & distributor. You do not get a chance at one of these very often.

$13,000 + shipping takes

Is there a vin number deritive stamp on the phlemn? It will be on the boss , passenger side rear under the vacumn line port. It should read 51xxxx which will be the last 5 digits of the vin if it is a 1965 unit. Only late production units in 1964 got the stamp, and in that case the number would be 41xxxx.

If you have a number, chancers are we can find the car if it is still out there. Currently we have identified 548 of the 771 fuel cars made in 1965.

Also what it the tag serial number? Good close up photos of your assembly would also help.

What happened to the original radiator support? Is that no longer included as part of the package?

With the stock Rochester FI unit off the 64 vette, what kind of horsepower is the maximum attainable without changing anything on FI unit?
How much CFM do those pull?

Factory rated the engines at 375hp. The original fuel injection units pulled about 650 CFM, which in 64-65 was the same as the then big Holly carb on 350hp and 365hp engines. With some ''tweeking'', a modified unit can reach 750 CFM.

Looks like he's selling separately, see thread http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c1-a...injection.html

I'm not sure why he's parting out a 1963 fuelie

Isn't it worth more as a whole car than parts?
