Default Trade C5 for C3

I am looking to sell my 99 convertible. And I am planning on buying a C3.
I am looking for a 80-81 4 speed or an 82 of equal value to mine or an early C3 with the same value. Or I will take cash and your car for a lesser value C3. Something close to NY.

I love the C3 style and they are easy to work on and you don't have to worry about emissions testing. Thanks for the compliment. I have a couple of bites but no sale yet. I have seen a ton of 80-82 for sale. That will probably dry up once I get mine sold.

Thats exactly the reason I'm going back to what I know, a C3-you can work on 'em blindfolded. I just dropped the price on my Grand Sport - feels like I just got kicked in the gnads - yer 99 is so very close to going - ya wonder whats the hold up on what 1200 bucks. I really believe there are a lot of people on ebay who just like to bid with out ever getting close to purchasing just to make them feel good- and they waste our time.

They are real close to the reserve. I have a couple of locals that may take it and a couple of guys on here. But nothing for certain. But some people call just to ask questions. With no intention to buy.

I am surprised you had to drop the price on your car. I thought people wanted them.

I had a loaded 94, 6 speed. torch red and black inside. I loved that car. I would probably still have it if it was a convertible. I traded it in for the black one.

Congrats on meeting the reserve - now to get the sale closed out - good luck. Now that mine is sold - I'm looking hard.

Mine sold today. Just waiting on the check. I guess we will be looking for the same C3's.
