The butterfly valve at the tailpipes will tell you for sure. If you're still unsure, start it up. If you rev it up past 3000 rpms and the exhaust suddenly sounds meaner... you have NPP.

Safety Car
If you can see the actuators on top of the inside tubes, and the baffles inside them, tne you have the NPP exhaust. As others pointed out it is a standalone extra cost option.
