Default c5 leaf springs stock z06 vs T1 ride height?

Is there an appreciable ride height difference? Thinking of trying some T1's I have.

Please don't side track into coils, thanks.

No "guesses" only post in if you have done it or have done some kind of measuring or analysis to back up.

Yes I know there are adjusters, just want to know what the spring will do to ride height, thanks!

I searched & did not find much.

Yes, the T1 springs allow you to lower the ride height much more than stock springs.

Calculate it. You know corner weight, you know spring rates, ...

What I was wondering about is the natural (unweighted) curve of the c5z vs the t1.

And I'm not even sure it factors in to ride height, does it? Or is it just rate?

When I was changing springs on my 96 lt4 there was more than an inch height difference in the unweighted spring heights. There are dozens of different springs (factory & aftermarket) for the c4 & it was an ongoing discussion due in part to lack of information about which springs to use on c4's.

The t1 spring rates ARE higher RATED, but early indications are that the car sits lower on them. How can that be unless the unweighted curve also plays a part?

That question makes more sense to me now... the same question would apply to VBP vs stock springs since, IIRC, the VBPs are flat while the stock springs are all arch'd in some way...

When I made the change, the T1 set up was about 1" lower then then stock. Before corner weighting

Thank you, my GUESSING is they are FLATTER when off the car, I will take a pic & measure them when I get to the change. It'll be easy enough to raise the car with the adjusters so this is a good thing.

T1 will probably be flatter. Here are some pics of a C5 ZO6 spring vs a C5 Z51 spring (rear).

Yes, the T1 spring was much flatter than the stock spring when I compared them side to side.

However, I bought an old T1 kit off somebody else so maybe it was flattened out a bit when I bought it LOL.
