Default Cianci Company [Dispute]

I have had the worst ordering process through Ebay with Cianci company and it is a nightmare. They claim to be able to ship my splitter out of the San Dieago CA warehouse and that was a lie they did not even have it in stock. They said it would be shipped in 7 days now they say 35 days. Most of all I have all the emails on my computer where they lied to Ebay on about 10 emails on what they told me.
I am going to forward to Ebay and Pay Pal on them. I have been ordering from a lot of companies and when I order on one that is in Mexico this is what happens. Pay Pal will help me on this on not paying for it but my Lawyer said I need to file a claim on them slandering me on the emails. I just think I will, it will cost me but who cares when I know I have been telling the truth, but not them. Syswayne

expect about 90 day delivery time, My whole process with them lasted over 6 months. They made a mistake on my orginal part so they had to send me a replacement which took another 90 days to deliver. I would really love to speak to the owner and not the two I have been dealing with.

Took me 10 weeks to finally get my splitter, side skirts, and rear spoiler. I also had to go pick the parts up myself from the local warehouse they ended up at. Don't know if that was Ciancis fault. I did get a killer deal on all the parts so I was not too unhappy. They were also of good quality. I'd order from them again, just not if I needed it right away lol

Wayne,

We told you we would ship the splitter the following week after you purchased the item. The splitter was shipped the following week after you purchased the item. On our ebay store we list all our items as 30 day turn around.

I do remember this and it took forever, but they did deliver the splitter and it was great. It is hard ordering from someone outside the US. It did take 10 weeks. Everything is fine now. thaks syswayne
