New mods on my 67 LS7 Resto mod
Thought you guys could appreciate a good performance mod, even if it's not to my Z06 After LS Fest, I decided to do some upgrades on the 67 to add some additional strength and a few more ponies.
I measured up the available space under the hood and worked with John Marcella and Virginia Speed to build a custom long runner sheet metal intake. John builds just crazy nice set ups and the welding is the best I have ever seen. I also added a 102mm Nick Williams throttle body and I built a custom carbon fiber air bridge. Still need to get the tune worked out with the new TB
I also added a Quick-Time scatter shield and sent the Dana 44 to Mark Williams where it received a solid pinion spacer, billet main caps, cryo'd axle stubs and a performance set-up.
I will post some details of how I built all of the air bridge stuff in a later post but wanted to share these pics. Hope you all had a safe weekend!!

WOW......my ultimate dream was to have a C2 bodied LS7 with Z06 under trimmings. I just couldn't find one done well enough and in my price range. I salute you. And it just happens to be Memorial Day so I double salute you in honor of our military heroes.

I was a senior in high school when your beautiful 67 roadster (as we called convertibles in those days) rolled onto the street for the first time. What you have done under the hood is a thing of beauty. Congratulations.

WOW, an absolute work of art, both the engine and the car.
I'm installing a blown 900hp LS3 into an A-body classic, so I can truly appreciate all the hard work that has been done to your pro-touring 67 Vette.
