1973 Tachometer Cable missing knurled nut
Hello
I received my replacement tachometer cable for my 1973. It only has one knurled nut on the end to attach to the distributor drive gear. Shouldnt it have two bolts on it. One for the distributor, and one for the connection to the tachometer.
I dont want to start this job until I can confirm this. But I checked online with some of the vendors and the photos show two nuts.
I did buy it from a supporting vendor, so before I call their customer service I am checking that my assumption is correct before I request an exchange.

Thank you Gordonm
I guess I will be crawling under the dash either today, or next week to replace this. The connection to the tach drive side broke because of the orientation of the distributor. I reclocked the distributor some time ago to remove the stress, but the cable was worn. I knew it would eventually go. Its not the gear drive inside, but the cable itself that broke.
