58 Barn Find Sold Saturday
I was at an estate auction in Milton Ontario yesterday where a 58 that had been sitting over 30 years was auctioned and sold for $37,500.00 plus 10% buy fee plus Tax of 13% on the total. That is Canadian dollars which are trading at 1.03 US dollars .
The car was pretty much complete and in need of a total rebuild . No where near driver comdition.
I took a couple of pictures that I could send to someone who could post them if they send me their e-mail adress

Someone sure had auction fever at that one. It only takes two fools. The next thing he'll have is buyer's remorse.....

Has anyone checked out these 2 63s?? Frames, birdcage would be my first concern. Restomod anyone? Does anyone have photos of the 2-63s?
Will these sell separately?
Anyones guess what they will sell for?
My guess, with proper advertising, 32-36K. This is not what I would pay. This is what happens at these estate auctions. People swimming in money, have never gone through a restoration of these old cars, will pay for their first time.
They want their own Corvette project car.
Throw your value guides in the trash.http://www.muncysells.com/auction_detail.php?id=153137
Thanks
