You can remove the 2 vacuum lines associated with the EGR, the line from vac source(my 86 is bottom of TB, drivers side) to EGR solenoid (mounted to thermostat), and solenoid to diaphragm.
Just be sure to plug the vac source.

Or cut off the 3-way and connect together the throttle body line and the line running up to the front of the car. I've had to use some soft vac line to connect two hard vac lines before. Though I think they sell straight soft vac connector ends for hard lines. The hard lines should be 5/32".
Thanks Agent 86 and joshwilson3
Any pic's? Just don"t want to accidentally delete the wrong ones and find out I'm chasing a vacuum problem

Looks like I can remove the EGR Solonoid attached to the thermostat housing in total, from the pic?and just continue the Vac line that just runs up to theT/B?

If you have done away with the EGR and AIR ( air pump ) system
You end up with
From rear plenum ports
a line to fuel pressure reg
a line to one way valve for HVAC / cruise/ vac ball

A line from port under TB to the purge system valves under LH head light
I just replaced all the stock plastic lines with with rubber hose where needed

What do you expect to gain by removing those items? Performance? Not.
