C5 headlight doesn't work

either the motor is burned out,,,or a loose connection. I had a problem with the light not coming on,,,cleaned the connectors and worked fine
Check and clean the connections,,,if nothing, then replace motor

Had the same problem about a month ago. Ordered the brass gear kit and installed it everything is working fine now. I found that the plastic gear had a rough or flat spot on the teeth of the gear.
