Default looking for a good reasonable machine shop in Maryland

I spun a rod bearing at the race track back in May and I have decided to get the block re-worked and stroked to 383. Any good machine shops you recommend in Maryland / DC that are reasonably priced and do good work?

I'm still looking if anyone knows of a good reliable honest place to rebuild a short block for me. I don't want overpriced or over the top configurations. I'm just looking for a good reliable short block to bolt my heads and cam onto. I have really come up empty handed in the central Maryland area so far, and I know there has to be lots of shops out there.
