I am going to go to the Porsche RUFF dealer. They aligned it last time and did a great job. I went to another place earlier and really screwed my alignment up. 21st Century sends all there car's to RUFF to align.

Great research and writeup! I noticed this exact same scenario when I replaced my rear tires (Nittos) a few weeks ago. It always looked like my left rear tire was sticking out more than the left. I made sure the air pressures were the same in both tires and it still looked off. I let it go and assumed I was seeing things. When I get my coilovers installed on Monday, I'll have the shop check out the cradle and get everything squared away before they do the alignment. Thanks man!

It seems that this is a bigger issue than people think. There is so much play in the rear cradle... People are starting to come out of the woodwork saying they have noticed this issue, and just let it go.

I got this information from another member about how the cradle moves (see my question above in #6)
The top of the spindle(and hub) is connected to the frame with the upper A arms.
The bottom of the spindle is connected to the cradle with the lower A arms
When you pry ed the cradle over, you actually moved the lower a arm out which moves the top of the wheel in.
Vice-Versa on the other side

I've noticed that my passenger side is a little more flush with the fender (looks killer) than the driver's side. (opposite of what your is)

i can honestly say i have noticed this about my car from day one. pushing the cradle towards the drivers side makes sense actually. i JUST got an alignment yesterday after lowering the car...lol. i might still do this though. i haven't even had the car a month, and its been bothering me. NTB in Grapevine does great work and they have a flat drive-on rack...no driving up ramps. i have a 3 year alignment there, so i will be visiting them again once i get around to fixing this. i wish i would have read this yesterday...lol.

So, it's a good idea to center the cradle to the fenders rather than center the cradle to the frame where all the other suspension, front and rear are normally referenced from??
