I know nothing about corvettes
I have acquired what appears to be an OEM supercharger for a corvette...
can someone take a look to verify it is what I think and possibly what make and model it goes to? does it have real dollar value? etc...
I googled every part number I could find on it, but nothing came back.

Thanks for the help!

Looks like you have an LS9 supercharger off a ZR1. That engine is a 635hp intercooled unit. That same engine was also used in some CTS-V Cadilacs. The intercooler sets on top of the supercharger and can be seen though the hood on the ZR1. Too bad you didn't get the rest of the engine. Where did you find that blower?
If that unit fits other LS series engines, like the 505hp Z06. I would estimate it's value at $3500 without the intercooler and associated pullies & brackets.

Thanks... It's actually a friend of mine who got it... he teaches a class and somehow acquired it for demonstration. He was then told to keep it... so, I was trying to find out what it was and if we could sell it.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

Just curious, if you had to guess, how sure are you that this is off the LS9?
The reason I ask is because I put it on craigslist and a guy is telling me that if its off an LS9, it can only fit that engine, which is apparently hand made? (Again I know nothing)... but he said if it was off an LS6, it is much more popular = easier to sell.
So, I guess my question is how can I tell exactly which motor its from... NOT that I don't trust what you are judging from the pics, I was just curious what the determining factor is between the version... am I looking for a measurement that would tell me for sure?

im guessing (not certain) the ls9 has a intake port similiar to the L92 or the LS7 so it would need to be used on some of the newer rectangle port style cylinder heads and could not be used on the cathedral port stuff like the ls1, ls2, ls6, etc.
