That didn't look too bad compared to other pics I've seen. Mine was 1/4 full of leaves.

Default Cleaned Radiator

Do you have you build sheet? If so, check to see if it is part of the sequence number. This partial and complete sequence number is found in a number of places in the same yellow pencil marking. Try your spare and under the air cleaner. This number is also referred to the body number and can be found on the rear well where the ABS system is located.

it usually is not a number of an importance. from what i understand, it's just a number to keep certain parts together. but still cool to find.

I've heard of people writing all kinds of things in the cars when they are being built.

It's vacuum cleaner in there, now I bet your car will run cooler, till it sucks them up again.

I run a shop/vac with an extension (3' X 1") PVC pipe, about every other month.
Works for me.

I used a shop vac and PVC and got a hole in my radator !
Now use the cardboard center from Christmas wrapping paper and it works well and is not so hard .

If you wana really get it clean, take it out of the car and run a powerwasher through the core.

Then take it to a radiator shop and have them take a side tank off and run a bar through all the tubes in the core. I just had that done to mine. Since doing that, mine runs much cooler. Temps stay under 200 even in traffic and oil temps are about 20-30 degrees cooler too.

Yep, mine was so bad that even cleaning it was a PITA so I replaced it instead. Now car never over heats. Runs between 200-210 with a 190 stat.

Remember, our cars were built in the day of the "hair bands"
