Has anyone installed or used this cam? if so can you tell me what you think about it. The Part Number: CCA-12-388-4

Fits GM 305 and 350 cu.in V8 with TPI, Crossfire, or throttle body injection.
Comp Cams' camshaft for computer controlled engines can produce more torque and horsepower than stock and still retain compatibility with the stock ECM. It will work without sacrificing the engine's idle and it works great for everyday driving. There will be no affect on engine vacuum for accessories like power brakes and it also will not affect the engine's idle while the A/C is in operation.

my vet is a 1982 and it's stock.I have been restoring it and this is the only cam i can find that can be used with the crossfire injection.The last owner didn't use the right oil for the flat tappet cam. and it clatters when you first start it.it should be a upgrade and sound mild.

I don't know much about the ECM used with the Crossfire engine...
Can it be custom tuned?
If so, then surely you can select any cam grind you want based on what other mods you do. eg heads, manifold headers etc etc

from what i have read.The chip in the stock ECM can not be reprogramed but you can change it.
