Blocked and no overheating?

Sounds to me like your radiator is doing what it was designed to do. Radiate.

That is what it is supposed to do. If the engine is not overheating - it is working.
Hot comes in from the engine on top Driver side. Exits to engine on lower passenger side.

What is the overall coolant temp in the DIC? Could the transmission cooler be causing this I don't remember which side its in. Is the transmission temp high in the DIC?

I'd say it's working as designed but the conditions are exaggerated a little. It would be impossible to be extremely hot on one side and extremely cold on the other unless the car just started and the thermo hasn't opened yet. If the case was as described it would be overheating and puking coolant everywhere. Or the whole thing is frozen solid. But that would still overheat and puke fluid.
