Chrome Cray Manta's on (VR) C6 (dial up death!)
Well folks, it seems like a lot of us have been waiting to see the Mantas on a C6.....got mine installed today, so here is a before shot and a couple of others:
Before:
Here is one after shot(and yes it was raining!!!):
And another:
A close up:
And for those of you worried about the offset, as I was, yes, they DO stick out more than stock, but I like the way they fill the fenderwells:
PM me with your email if you would like to see some more....

I absolutely agree that the center caps with the big CRAY and emblem would not be my choice.I am surprised that Cray made that choice in a wheel that is specifically and only made for the Corvette. Perhaps they did not want to pay GM for the licensing for the real logo......I am hoping to find a way to cover them with the corvette emblem. The beauty of the wheels overcame that drawback for me.......you don't see the center cap emblem from more than 6 feet away.....And I LOVE the 2 and 1/2 inch lip in the rear wheels. I've always wanted wheels with a lip like that.

I agree, thanks! The chrome wheels really changed the appearance of the car from the painted split spokes....to my eye, it changed the car from a basic car to one that looks like it is worth much more....anyway, I like the wheels.....I've been out to the garage about 10 times to look at them.........

Perhaps if you asked them.....they really should do that because they DO look like the ZR1 wheels. These would look fantastic in the correct sizes on the Z! Think of the size of the rear lip........it would be simply awesome!!!

Went on the Cray website. It says you can use the Corvette center caps. Make me think you could get chrome center caps from some vendor (Corvette Central maybe) and have the Corvette logo on each wheel.

Yeah, I read that too, but I think that they mean the C5 center cap with the 5 wings........there is no way the little round one from my split spokes with replace theirs.........But then again....I could buy some C5 caps without the C5 flags, couldn't I?
