1993 Supra Twin Turbo HARDTOP 6-Speed. Black/Tan. Clean Title w/ All VIN's!
1993 Toyota Supra Turbo
112,000 miles
Black/Tan
Hardtop 6-Speed - 1 of 326 sold in the U.S.
Here's a rundown of the cars current state:
- New OEM TT clutch (pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc), new OEM flywheel (new flywheel bolts)
- C's short shifter
- '98 front turn signals
- '98 dash bezels including driver door switch
- '98 front grille
- Original HKS Sequential BOV
- G-Force ECU w/ increased redline (7,500rpm) boost cut removed, top speed removed, etc...
- HKS air filter
- Tanabe downpipe (still have stock cats)
- Greddy PE Exhaust (quietest available)
- Original HKS boost gauge (old school)'98 front grille installed
- KYB/AGX shocks (adjustable) + Eibach springs
- Stillen rear cross-drilled rotors
- HKS turbo timer
- Greddy Profec-B boost controller
- New Front Rotors
Compression Results: 3/26/2008 (Performed by Twins Turbo Motorsports):
Cylinder 1: 175 psi
Cylinder 2: 170 psi
Cylinder 3: 175 psi
Cylinder 4: 155 psi
Cylinder 5: 170 psi
Cylinder 6: 170 psi
Leakdown Results: 4/04/2008 (Twins Turbo Motorsports)
Cylinder 1: 3%
Cylinder 2: 5%
Cylinder 3: 6%
Cylinder 4: 5%
Cylinder 5: 7%
Cylinder 6: 3%
I'm sure there are other things I'm missing, but that is the gist of the cars features. All VIN stickers are in tact, and essentially the car runs smooth. Transmission shifts quite smoothly as well. No tinted windows, no aftermarket alarm. This is the perfect platform for building a truly special hardtop.
As far as the negatives, there are dings and scratches here and there, but overall the car is in good condition. It has rear hatch rust on the bottom of the windshield, which seems to be a common problem with Supras of this year. New front rotors were installed as of 3/30/2008:
$28,000 for this well-maintained hardtop with a clean title. Plenty of vehicle service history including receipts. It took me nearly 2 years to find a clean Supra of this nature, and I ensured it stayed just as clean under my ownership. Car will be sold with original '93 tail lamps unless someone is interested in the '98's pictured. Don't let this one pass you by!

32k for a 93 car with 110k on the odo sorry guy, doesnt matter how many upgrades or how "bulletproof" the supra motor is, it still a a 15 year old Toyota with a **** load of miles, the "fast and furious days' are pretty much over, most people could care less about supra's, you are asking double of what you should be asking, mods or no mods.
Wow...cute.

Don't let this clown throw you. I drive a Vette but my son is into BMWs and 'Japanesse tuner stuff'. Rare is rare and if someone has their heart set on a vintage tt Supra from what I've seen the pricing is between $30-50,000+. So you are in the ballpark. Your car looks nice and a good foundation for an awesome tt car. Good luck with your sale. Tom

Thank you for your positive feedback. I know Supras aren't a hot commodity right now, and with all the new vehicles, it will probably fall down the latter of 'desired' sports cars. That being said, to find a hardtop twin turbo with original panels and glass, 6-speed, and not single-turbo, this car is still going to hold some of it's value. I won't let people downplay the car because of their lack of knowledge on the car. The whole 'Fast and Furious' comment is about as old as the previous poster's car. I wouldn't stoop to his level and talk about his car.

The Supra's accomplishements speak for themselves, even to this day they have set some extremely high benchmarks. If someone is not edumacted as to its capabilities, then they are talking out of their cans.

I don't think there is a point in arguing with someone who is that opinionated. I respect all cars, and I've owned 5 Supras, and my first came before the "F&F" mess. I've been a fan of the car since the 90's, and this example right here is probably the most coveted. My last Supra put down 731rwhp, so it's potential is unquestioned. I particularly like road racing, so straight line speed isn't really my cup of tea. These cars can be built in many forms.

As far as the negatives, there are dings and scratches here and there, but overall the car is in really good condition. It has rear hatch rust on the bottom of the windshield, which seems to be a common problem with Supras of this year. The carpet is out of the car, and I'm having it, as well as the floor mats, cleaned and re-conditioned.

I just had a compression test performed today.
Results (Performed by Twins Turbo Motorsports 3-26-08):
Cylinder 1: 175 psi
Cylinder 2: 170 psi
Cylinder 3: 175 psi
Cylinder 4: 155 psi
Cylinder 5: 170 psi
Cylinder 6: 170 psi
I also installed a fresh set of plugs. Car runs great and is awaiting it's new owner. Don't wait.
