Default TSP 233/239 Cam with Stock Heads, Dyno #'s & 1/4 Mile Time

See mods in sig, dynoed 380 rwhp 363 rwtq on a Mustang Dyno with crappy stock 853 casting heads and ran a best of 12.6 missing 4th gear at the track today, I will get a video up of it idling.

Yeah Don something isn't adding up. My guess is that car should be making into the 400rwhp range with that cam even on stock heads. You've deff got all the supporting mods. To go 12.6 at 109 dosen't make sense to me either because I run 12.60's at 114 on a stock cam. There has to be more power there. What's the lift and LSA of that cam?

It would be over 400 rwhp on a dynojet but this was done on a mustang dyno, the lift is .598/.603 112 LSA, I did a 12.6 MISSING 4th gear in the end so I would of got a 12.3-12.4, the stock heads are killing me right now, another guy that was there ran a 12.1 with a similar cam and way better heads (ported LS6's) tuned by the same guy that did mine, I would of ran more but my clutch was starting to stick to the floor. Also I am on street tires running a 2.0 60'

That is kinda odd. Ive ran 12.4 and 12.5's on stock heads and stock cam with stock F1 tires! Is the car pulling hard up top? Are you getting good traction?

My cam is similar and I put down 415rwhp and 390rwtq ran best of 11.24 so far on ET streets. All my mods are in sig.
Ran 11.6 on stock tires.

You on stock heads? You got those number from a dynojet correct? If I was on a dynojet it would of been at least 20-25 hp higher if not more, I got a 2.0 60' so that plays a role, I think I am at a higher elevation than you and I missed 4th gear so I prob lost 2-3 tenths there. And I know that Vararam you have helped you a bit.

Dynojet are alot more flattering when it comes to giving out numbers. Mustang Dynos can be as much as 10-15 more conservative..

Do you have LT headers? Thats a lot of exhaust for the crappy stock GM manifolds.
