WTB 61A Alternator 1100882

Melting Slicks
If you want an original alternator, you're going to be in for a long wait (or you need to be incredibly lucky) as these alternators don't turn up for sale that often... Figure on $600-$700 for a core and $1000 or so for a correctly restored unit ready to bolt on. I have some contacts, but my guess is that you've probably already contacted them.
If you are in a pinch short term, I know that there is a reproduction front case for the 1100884 that has been floating around for a year or so... Date codes are supplied by the buyer. It looks pretty darn good when combined with an original rear case. Don't know who is doing them, but I can probably find out if you're interested in going that route until you can find an original.

Did you call or email that place in Dallas I sent you? That's where I got my reproduced 1100884, date stamped correctly. I run it on my car so I won't be wearing out the real one I've got.
