Coke and Aluminum Foil... for cleaning chrome????
Thats what i was told to use to get a light overspray of clear coat off my already nice pretty chrome wheels. Anyone have any better ideas?

A simple wax is the best cleaner for chrome. Even Turtle Wax. No weird special treatments needed.

Chrome needs to "breathe". If not, it will rust from the inside out.The best (and cheapest) chrome cleaner is glass cleaner. The cheapest stuff you can find. To make it even better, add a little isopropyl alcohol.
For those really dirty chrome parts, a good chrome cleaner/polish will work well.
